Ads Manager is Meta's all-in-one tool for creating, managing, and tracking ads on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network.

Overview
The duplication workflow accounts for the majority of all ad campaign creation in Ads Manager because it allows advertisers to repurpose campaigns quickly and easily. However, most of our AI-powered solutions are introduced in the creation workflow, so advertisers can miss out on valuable features when they duplicate their campaigns.
As the lead content designer on a complex project with a great deal of ambiguity, I drove the end-to-end content strategy and collaborated with cross-functional partners to improve a heavily trafficked workflow for millions of advertisers.
My process highlights
• Influenced product strategy and drove team direction to ensure the new product experience amplified the convenience and simplicity of the original duplication workflow.
• Designed, wrote, tested and delivered clear and compelling in-product language that led to a successful adoption rate and established the content framework for future solutions.
• Served as a subject matter expert to partner teams and provided guidance to help them develop and integrate solutions into the new duplication workflow.
• Coordinated alignment across 10+ cross-functional teams by soliciting and incorporating feedback to develop a holistic product experience across multiple touchpoints.
• Documented scalable design patterns and content guidelines in Meta’s ads product system, which promotes best practices across the tool.
