Challenge
Redesign Herbalife Nutrition’s website MyHerbalife.com so it reflects modern design best practices and supports the brand’s identity.

Retrospective
Working through the pandemic on a remote cross-functional team, we successfully completed the content migration from TeamSite to Adobe Experience Manager and redesigned MyHerbalife.com.
To ensure that we didn’t repeat the mistakes of the past, we put the insights from our audit into practice and drove a 100% adoption of content governance across orgs.
We enhanced the user experience by spearheading a mobile-first design approach to support the needs of Distributors who run their businesses from their mobile devices.
Since the new website is more reliable and contains all the necessary resources to support a business and order products, we decreased web-site specific technical support calls by 36%.
Herbalife Nutrition is defined by its community and purpose, and now its website has a voice and tone that reflects its brand identity.
